Can I hire a specific car colour?
Every attempt will be made to provide you with the colour requested, but not guaranteed.
Can I book through American Express?
Yes , we are a partner of Amex however it is best to book with us direct.
What is the minimum rental age?
Minimum age to hire is 25 years, however this could change depending on the vehicle.
Can I pay by Debit Card instead of Credit Card?
You can pay via Credit Card or Debit Card.
What level of insurance am I covered for when I hire the car?
All MBS CARS Collection vehicles come with full comprehensive insurance, however you are liable for any charges up to your respective excess amount per incident whichs is your excess / depsoit amount. In the event of negligence such as but not limited to mis-fuelling or leaving the key in the vehicle and the vehicle is stolen you are liable up to the value of the vehicle.
Can I take the car abroad and drive in Europe?
Yes, we do allow vehicles to be taken abroad, and would need at least 24 hours notice. Additional fees will apply.
Can I pay by cash?
Cash is not acceptable however at the end of your hire you can settle payment by cash only at our Bayswater location.
Can I get a refund if I return the vehicle back early?
No refunds are given on early terminations.
When is payment taken for the hire?
Payment is taken 48 hours prior to pickup.
Can I return the hire vehicle if your office is closed?
All vehicles must be return within branch office hours.
Can I reduce my excess to zero?
We do not offer excess reduction.
What happens to my excess if I have an accident that isn't my fault?
Once the third party have admitted liabilty and settle the cliam then we will refund your deposit.
Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?
It is now by law that no smoking is allowed in hire vehicles. A charge up to £500 would be applied.
Is There milaege limit ?
yes . our standard rental includes 100 mils per day.
if you require additional mileage this can be rranged before your hire .extra mlage charge will apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking .
